IMPORTANT NOTE: These fisheries are on a private estate where the grounds are maintained and managed by the owner to a high standard of excellence. Misconduct by Club members could jeopardise the Club’s lease on these fisheries. Rectory Ponds are of a size which could well accommodate more than the number of pegs specified. The number of pegs has been stipulated by the owner.  Also at this venue NO UNOFFICIAL matches are to be held.

Fishery description: Rectory Pond “Top Lake” is approximately ¾ of an acre in size and is a mixed coarse fishery very popular with match anglers. Each swim is numbered with all access to all swims. 

Access: Access is via a locked gate for which members require a club key. 

Venue specific info:   At the owners request, no members are allowed to fish before 6am and must leave by 10pm. No surface fishing allowed.

Fishery description: Rectory Pond “Bottom  Lake” is adjacent to the Top Lake and approximately 1 acre in size. This is a mixed coarse fishery very popular with match anglers. Each swim is numbered and has easy access to all swims.

Access: Access is via a locked gate for which members require a club key.

Fishery Rules

  1. NO ONE ALLOWED ON THE WATER BEFORE 6 AM AND THE CAR PARK AND FISHERYTO  BE EXITED BY 10 PM         
  2. PARK IN OFFICIAL CAR PARK. DO NOT BLOCK TRACK ENTRANCE/EXIT TO RECTORY
  3. NO KEEPNETS
  4. NO GROUNDBAIT (INCLUDING METHOD FEEDERS). STRICTLY NO SURFACE BAITS.
  5. FISH FROM PEGS ONLY. (25 pegs only).
  6. ONE ROD & ONE MEMBER PER PEG. THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE IS WHERE ONE JUNIOR ONLY, WITH  NOMINATED MEMBER, MAY FISH THE SAME PEG WITH ONLY ONE ROD EACH.
  7. NO DOGS.
